Welcome to your home away from home! We're thrilled to host you. To ensure you have an amazing stay, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules.
These guidelines are designed to make your experience comfortable, enjoyable, and safe. Thank you for being a fantastic guest and helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for your fellow travelers, our neighbors, and our next guests.
1. Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy at this unit is 6. Remember, only the amount of guests you’ve listed in your reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. If you want to invite other visitors over during the day, please check with us ahead of time. This helps us follow local ordinances and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. If you want to arrive early or need more time to get things together before leaving, reach out to us to see if we can accommodate you.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Mandatory online registration / check-in per guest collecting personal information, contact details and travel documents. Guest data is send to Spanish authorities (SES.Hospedajes) and stored securely. We generate and keep entry forms in compliance with legal requirements. Our automated guest registration system, requires the lead guest (+18y) or the child to provide their kinship to the lead guest, SES.Hospedajes does require us to transmit an email and phone number for the children, but these can be the same as the lead guest.
3. Noise Levels and Parties:
Don’t forget, we have neighbors! So please be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, from 10PM to 8AM. Privacy-safe noise and occupancy monitor is installed at the property.
Out of respect for neighbors and our property, on-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
4. Smoking:
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the property, even if you have the windows open. If you break this rule, you may be charged an additional fee to cover cleaning costs.
We do, however, allow guests to smoke on balcony or terrace (by pool).
Smoke detectors are installed in every room in the property.
5. Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property, regardless of size or breed.
6. Cleanliness & recycling:
We ask that you maintain a tidy space during your stay. Don’t worry about stripping the beds before you leave—we just ask that you clean any dirty dishes that were in the sink and turn on the dishwasher.
Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom.
Also, our local government is pretty strict about separating trash from recycling. So please dispose of your organic waste, plastic, paper, and glass in the corresponding bins (they’re labeled).You can refer to our recycling instructions, which you'll find in our Digital Guest Book.
7. Pool & Jacuzzi:
For your safety, please no glassware around the pool or jacuzzi. Place jacuzzi cover back on after every use to prevent debris from falling in.
Children under the age of 12 should never be allowed in a jacuzzi without adult supervision. The combination of high water temperatures and deep water can pose significant risks.
8. Damages & breakages:
Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before checkout.
9. General Security:
Safety features at this property includes a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
We have exterior cameras for security purposes. They are located at the front door and outside on the backside of the house overlooking the terrace / pool / jacuzzi area, monitoring the property perimeter. Guests and tenants must not tamper with or intentionally cover security devices. Any damage to or intentional obstruction of cameras by guests may result in a partial or complete loss of your security deposit or bond. Access to surveillance data is strictly limited to the property owner.
10. Compliance and final agreement:
We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure, and (most importantly) fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member of the traveling party. We hope you have a great time and find everything you need at our home.
Breach of any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of occupancy. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules without a refund.
