At equal distance from Valencia and Alicante, the villa on 176m2 with all modern comforts and a garden is situated in Orba in the urbanization of 'Porta d'Orba'. The house is built on 2 levels, only the main level is rented out. From the Naya (covered terrace) or the edge of the private swimming pool (4x8m) with jacuzzi, you have an outstanding view over the valley of Orba (with lemon, orange, almond, olive trees) and the Mediterranean sea in the background.

Our villa has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin with a large mirror, and a toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and finally a third bedroom with two single beds (90x200). All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens and fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The dining area with open-plan kitchen is spacious, light and offers a beautiful view of the valley. This room is also air-conditioned. The kitchen itself is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, oven, large fridge and freezer, microwave, espresso machine, …

A washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack and vacuum cleaner are also available...

The swimming pool and jacuzzi, sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor shower can be used all year round. The swimming pool and jacuzzi can be heated on request (subject to a supplement). The private car park is equipped with an electric charging point (billed according to usage at €0.40/kWh).
